I say this all the time but one of the best things about photography is catching up with old friends. Austin was a former student in my class and I haven’t seen him and his sweet wife and family since their wedding day. Now Austin and Melia are expecting their first child. The entire family was so much fun! And everyone was so brave since it was horribly hot!!!

When I remember this sweet young lady when she was a student in my fourth grade class, I remember she always had a smile on her face. I was so excited when I got to do her senior pictures for her four years ago, and even more excited as I do her senior pictures again!!! She will be graduating from the University of Alabama in August and then she will embark on her new career at Disney! What a perfect place for a young lady who smiles all the time. Aidan and Avery

These two cuties kept me smiling the entire shoot. It was time for Aidan’s 9 month pictures, but we hoped to get a few of Miss Avery too. Big sister, Avery, let me get a few shots of her, but she was all about exploring. Aidan, on the other hand, was just as happy as could be to sit and watch the action. But I know I’ve made a new friend because Miss Avery wanted to go home with me at the end of the shoot. <

Marc and Anna

Wow! I am so excited for this sweet and beautiful couple!! Marcus is my nephew and I’m so happy that he has met the love of his life. Anna is the perfect match for him. Does it look like we had fun at their engagement session in the scorching Alabama heat? These two are so fun and were willing to go the extra mile for some fun photos. I am so happy for them, and cannot wait for their wedding!
